ServiceNow's Health Scan gives you a summary of the amount of issues encountered, and provides you with a score out of 100 based on this. It also gives a comparable bench mark against other instances. It is focused on technical configuration only.
Unifii's Platform Assessment gives you a holistic insight into both your technical configuration and process usability, an assessment of deployment of capabilities vs entitlement, a review of your user experience and a tailored set of recommendations for instance improvements. We also develop a future platform roadmap based on customer interviews as part of the service.
What are the different costings for the Platform Assessment?
This is dependent on the complexity of the customer's ServiceNow instance and what they hope to gain from ongoing management with Unifii.
