Alice has been with Unifii for just under three years, coming in as a recent graduate. Her previous experience was primarily customer experience focussed; working in a variety of roles with the same firm for over nine years. Fun fact - she also worked for an immigration firm in Australia when Covid-19 had begun, so that was a very interesting introduction to the pandemic!

Anastasia, serving as Unifii's Head of Marketing, has been shaping the marketing strategy at Unifii since September 2020. With over seven years of experience in the ServiceNow world, she understands the importance in providing high-quality, valuable content to website visitors, prospects, and existing customers.

Anastasia has been building the marketing team from the ground up, and her approach centres on aligning marketing initiatives with Unifii's broader business goals, striving to gain brand recognition and authority within the ServiceNow community.

Anastasia and her team work tirelessly to create educational collateral for everyone, no matter which stage they are at on their ServiceNow journey. She understands it's not about showcasing expertise; it's about providing useful, educational materials, which have been instrumental in contributing to Unifii's presence in the ServiceNow space.

Andrea is our Director of Unifii Ireland. She's been with Unifii since December 2018 and previously worked on the ServiceNow platform since 2014, but as a customer. She has found that coming from the client-side and then over to a ServiceNow partner gives a lot of helpful insight; this has helped Andrea understand each client’s needs and how Unifii can provide maximum value to them.

Brad is our esteemed Senior Technical Consultant specialising in HR Service Delivery. With a wealth of experience in building advanced technical solutions and ServiceNow instances for diverse businesses, he brings a unique perspective on implementing HR strategies and understands the specific needs of organisations like yours.

Chris is an experienced platform architect who has worked on complex ServiceNow projects across various modules, with a particular emphasis on IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management. Additionally, Chris has taken the lead on large-scale or challenging integration projects and the development of bespoke apps/solutions. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural delivery, including core platform construction, process configuration, and integrations.

Daniel is the Head of Technical Standards & Enablement. With over 11 years in ServiceNow, Daniel is not just a tech pro; he's a speaker, community enthusiast, and mentor. Specialising in enterprise integrations, he brings top-notch quality to clients from small boutiques to multinational giants. Based near Gatwick, Daniel's expertise shines in London and Southeast England. Certified in CIS, CAD, and CSA, he's your go-to guy for all things ServiceNow.

Julia is our Head of Delivery Capability and Content here at Unifii. She began her ServiceNow journey in 2018 as a Principle ServiceNow Consultant, then progressing to a Managing to a Managing ServiceNow Consultant. Julia has led an endless amount of ServiceNow implementations, IT service management strategies, and digital transformation for organisations. Having a strong computer science and IT management foundation, Julia has specialised in IT operations, enterprise service management, and IT service management. She has a unique approach to all problems organisations face and is very committed to achieving operational success. She is deeply immersed in ServiceNow and it’s platform capabilities, and having eclectic understandings means that she can encompass a broader range of skills and functionality in the technology space.

Michael is our Head of Delivery Control. Listing some of the excellencies that Michael brings to Unifii include; having extensive experience in Project Management, being highly skilled in dependency analysis across broader programmes, and stakeholder management. Michael started his Unifii journey in 2018 as a Project Manager–Consultant, which then progressed to Senior Consultant, to his current role. He’s covered modules in ITBM, ISTM, HR, CSM, Virtual Agent, HAM/SAM, and number integrations through integration hub.

Michelle Meehan is a Sales Account Manager and IRM Practice Lead at Unifii. Prior to joining Unifii, Michelle was a ServiceNow Technology Resilience Lead at Lloyds Banking Group. Her work at LBG spanned various ServiceNow solutions based on ITSM, ITBM, GRC & Scoped Applications. Michelle is now the lead on some of Unifii’s key FS projects.

Mike is a highly experienced ITIL Service Management and IT project management specialist, as well as being the founder and director of Unifii. He’s previously worked in several roles as a Service Management and Programme Manager; at Barclays, he led the technical delivery of the largest ServiceNow implementation in the world to date. 

Mike holds a career spanning over 20 years in Service Management Tooling, Platforms, and Operational Delivery, the Head of Solution Architecture at Unifii has held diverse roles, progressing from a junior SME and Product Owner to a seasoned Solution Enterprise Architect. Emphasising the importance of an "End to End" view to achieving optimal Business Outcomes, he recognizes the multifaceted nature of the Service Now platform. Beyond platform configuration, his focus extends to data sourcing, integration for automation, process efficiency, and governance. In his 18 months at Unifii, he has collaborated with a talented workforce, contributing to successful customer projects. Looking forward, his goal is to elevate Unifii's Solution Architecture Capability, assisting customers in developing strategic roadmaps aligned with business objectives and ensuring a comprehensive "End to End" perspective.

Myles is an experienced Technology advisory and delivery consultant, having previously spent over a decade in project delivery roles across Financial Services including working with the likes of Barclays and Credit Suisse.

Nina has been at Unifii since 2018 and is Head of Platform Management. Having been on the client side and working within the ServiceNow field since 2010, she wanted her next challenge to be within the consulting world. Nina has worked across multiple roles and industries at Unifii, including as a Delivery Lead rolling out Greenfield ServiceNow implementations. She's worked within the Platform Management team and as a Platform Manager for a major retailer for over 2 years. She now heads up the Platform Management team. 

Paul is Unifii’s Operations Director as well as heading up the Scottish Office here at Unifii. He has been working with ServiceNow since 2014 when he introduced the platform into the NHS in Scotland! Later, Paul joined Unifii in 2017 to help customers ‘north of the Watford gap’ and continues to add value to all parts of the business.

Shlomo has been with Unifii for almost six years now, starting as an intern initially, and has completed numerous implementations on the ServiceNow platform to date. His background is very much technical and analytical, so he combined his logical thinking with technology and arrived in the computer science and technology space!

Stephen is a founder and director of Unifii and has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. He has delivered large scale digital transformation projects at both UBS and Barclays, heading up the Service Management tooling strategy for the latter.

Theodora is the Company Secretary and is the go-to for most things here at Unifii. She's been with Unifii for a little over six years (when Unifii was called 'Service Integrators!).
