Unifii were thrilled to be awarded the Best of British award for 2022 by Business Reporter and The Independent. This is a prestigious accolade which recognises a handful of businesses around the country who have demonstrated excellence in their working practices. In addition, these businesses have driven the British economy forward through such uncertain times as a worldwide pandemic and the challenging working landscape that has followed.
Our Managing Director Steve Mamelok and Sales Director Myles Molloy discussed the key ways we can eradicate the “us vs them” culture that remains ingrained in many organisations, as well as getting rid of siloed operations for good, in our brand new article published in Business Reporter. Check it out here.
We were featured in ERP Today
We were featured in both the print and online versions of the February edition of enterprise technology magazine ERP Today.
We were lucky enough to be interviewed across topics such as how we position ServiceNow to prospects, the additional value that it delivers, and how we ensure that implementations are pain-free for customers. This was some fantastic exposure for us in a top industry publication – check out the full article here.
We were recognised as the ServiceNow EMEA Accelerated Growth Partner of the Year 2022
This award demonstrates that we have greatly accelerated our certification growth and pipeline over the past two years. The ServiceNow Global Alliances and Channel Ecosystem (ACE) organisation recognises the achievements of best-in-class partners who have contributed to ServiceNow’s growth trajectory by driving successful business outcomes for our joint customers.
Unifii’s approach isn’t just focused on implementing ServiceNow, but more on the long-term strategic goals of the business. We aim to configure the platform so that it supports these goals, using a set of tried and tested, real-world core process experience and proven tools and techniques. Our processes are data-driven, enabling faster deployments and simplifying ongoing management; ultimately, this provides a foundation for teams to maximise value and ROI from their ServiceNow investment. We are so so grateful to win this award in recognition of that.
One of our directors was named a One to Watch
In October, one of our Managing Directors was named as a “One to Watch” in the LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme for 2022.
The Ones to Watch is a programme supported by the Times, which recognises and celebrates those who are making waves in their sectors, having a positive impact on their customers and employees, and who are the driving force behind the UK’s most successful and fast-growing medium-sized firms.
This was fantastic recognition for Steve, who is excited to share Unifii’s journey as we continue to help businesses around the world discover their digital capabilities with ServiceNow.
We hosted three FoCus events throughout autumn
The FoCus events were all about bringing together the ServiceNow community. They acted as exceptional opportunities to discuss the latest developments and news within the ServiceNow space, and how partners like Unifii bring value to customers of the platform.
The events took place in Edinburgh, London and Manchester respectively. Topics covered included a deep dive into the newest ServiceNow release (Tokyo), what SecOps is and why it is important, talks from our customers EMIS Health and Buckinghamshire Council, and our tips for creating a solid ServiceNow roadmap.
We took part in the ServiceNow World Forum
The ServiceNow World Forum events allows the SN community to engage with world-class leaders, through keynotes, localised insights, and other enlightening sessions. We hosted a stand alongside some other incredible partners, including Deloitte, FlyForm, Accenture and Microsoft. This was the first World Forum in three years, so it was fantastic to be able to take part.
Principal Consultant Mike Turner gave a bitesize talk covering all things reporting and analytics. The event opened the way for some brilliant discussions and networking with new people, before we headed over to The Gas Station in Kings Cross for drinks.
We’ve been doing a big charity push
Our Virtual Mission began in June, which is where we aimed to raise money by challenging everyone to complete 142.5 hours of exercise – whether that be running, walking, cycling, yoga or whatever they would prefer. We raised over £1,000 for Hospiscare and completed a total of 590 hours of exercise, with the overall total distance completed being 2,282.95km.
Unifii are also in the process of doing a blood drive to see how many pints of blood we can donate. Only about 3% of the UK give blood, so this was something we were keen to get involved in. And finally, we have a Unifii company cookbook in the works, with various different recipes being submitted from across the entire team. We aim to have the cookbook finalised by Christmas time!
Unifii continues to grow
This calendar year, we’ve hired 39 new employees in UK and Ireland, and 10 in our India office. After growing our team massively in 2021, it was a key aim of ours to keep up the trajectory into 2022.
As always, the biggest thank you and Christmas wishes to our amazing team and customers. We can't wait to continue doing fab things and making waves - bring on 2023!
